With all the fun events and clubs at Baxter Village, we have two recreation centers in the neighborhood to accommodate it all.  At the heart of the Village is our Community Center. Built to resemble the historic courthouse in Chester, S.C, it adds flavor to our small-town atmosphere. The junior Olympic size pool is home to the Baxter Barracudas swim team. Grab a treat at the snack bar or just hang out on the veranda overlooking the pool and relax. Village Hall, the second recreation center is perfect for your next holiday party, birthday, wedding or garden club meeting in the gathering rooms. The catering kitchen makes it easy to entertain.  The zero entry pool at Village Hall is a favorite among the wee ones and the sunbathers! We even have a Director, who is busy planning and implementing activities for the residents throughout the year.

For those that would rather get up and go than lounge around the pool, grab a racket and head to the courts! Join the tennis club for more social interaction or participate in a tennis clinic to fine tune those skills.
